If you are not subject to sales tax, please fax a sales tax exemption certificate to 580-924-5900.

How do I access my Rise Broadband account?

Once you receive your first invoice in the mail, you can go to our Online Portal at risebroadband.com and click on "My Account" to register to pay online, set up auto-recurring payments, or to turn off paper billing.

Do I have to do anything?

No. Just watch for future communications from Rise Broadband.

Will my email address change?

Your current email address will continue to work.

Will the equipment I have now work with the Rise Broadband System?

Yes, the equipment you have now will continue to provide you with Internet access. However, you may be contacted to schedule an appointment to change or adjust your equipment to provide better service.

If I am set up for auto-payment now, do I need to do anything?

No, we will import all payment information so that automatic payments continue on schedule. You will now see ‘Rise Broadband’ on your credit card and bank statements for these transactions.
